Logistics Coordinator with Driving License

A company in Salmiya, Kuwait is hiring an experienced coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics, deliveries, shipments, and coordination activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer, or in a similar role.
- Experience in local and international logistics and shipping is preferred.
- Good knowledge of delivery coordination, transportation, shipping documentation, and logistics procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Kuwait market, suppliers, transport companies, and logistics procedures is an advantage.
- Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
- Arrange and follow up on pickup, delivery, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and transport companies.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, shipping documents, packing lists, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to ensure materials are delivered safely and on time.
- Assist with customs clearance and import/export documentation when required.
- Plan delivery routes and coordinate vehicles and drivers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, trackers, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Project teams.
Salary & Benefits:
- 400-450 KD per month.
