A company in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety of their facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily facility operations and maintenance - Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems - Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations - Manage maintenance budgets and service contracts - Coordinate preventive maintenance and facility improvement projects Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience - Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience is an advantage How to Apply: Email your CV to: recruiterh19@gmail.com
