A restaurant group in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations across multiple branches. Key Responsibilities: - Run full kitchen operations: prep schedules, production planning, and service-hour execution for Bukhari rice, charcoal grill, and shawaya lines - Maintain recipe standardisation and taste consistency across all branches - Control food cost through portioning, waste tracking, inventory counts, and supplier receiving - Enforce Kuwait Municipality food safety standards (HACCP, temperature logs, pest control) - Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff (cooks, helpers, butchers) across branches - Coordinate daily fresh chicken and meat supply with the procurement team - Manage equipment maintenance and kitchen readiness for new branch openings Requirements: - 5 or more years of kitchen experience, including at least 2 years as Kitchen Manager or Head Cook in a multi-branch or high-volume restaurant (GCC experience strongly preferred) - Hands-on expertise in Bukhari, Mandi, or Uzbek rice dishes and charcoal grilling - Strong food cost control and inventory management skills - Transferable Visa 18 (Article 18) preferred, or willing to relocate to Kuwait - English or Arabic fluency; Hindi or Urdu is a plus for team management - Eligible for a Kuwait Municipality health certificate Salary: 400 to 600 KWD per month (based on experience) How to Apply: Email your CV to: Farah_dalati@hotmail.com
