A company in Salmiya, Kuwait is hiring a female candidate for a combined Accounting & Office Administration role. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and payment runs, office management, procurement, scheduling and travel coordination, and document management. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, 1–4 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems, plus excellent English and basic Arabic. The role requires an Article 18 visa, age 35 or below, and offers a 250 KD monthly salary with 9 AM–6 PM office hours, a 30-minute break, and Friday off.
