Business Development Manager - (Defense & Commercial)

A company in Salmiya, Kuwait is hiring a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to provide procurement, MRO supplies, manpower, project support, logistics, accommodation, travel, and facility support services to Government, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities with Government, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Commercial clients - Build and maintain relationships with procurement departments, project managers, and decision makers - Identify upcoming tenders, RFQs, and procurement opportunities - Conduct client meetings and company presentations - Coordinate with internal procurement and proposal teams to prepare competitive quotations - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets - Represent the company at client meetings and industry events - Work closely with management to develop growth strategies Requirements: - Must be residing in Kuwait - Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 preferred) - Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait and/or GCC - Existing network within Government, Oil & Gas, EPC, Defense, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Valid Kuwait driving license preferred Preferred Experience: - U.S. Government or defense contractors - KOC, KNPC, or similar organizations - Construction, MEP, industrial supplies, or procurement - Leasing services (vehicles and apartments) Salary & Benefits: - Salary: 600-1,000 KD How to Apply: Send your CV to pa.recruitment17@gmail.com.
