Civil Engineer Job In Kuwait

A telecom infrastructure company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced civil engineer to manage and supervise telecom civil infrastructure projects across Kuwait. The role involves overseeing site execution, technical coordination, quality control, customer engagement and project handover while ensuring compliance with client specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom civil infrastructure projects - Experience in telecom tower sites, foundations, shelters, concrete works and related civil activities - Experience working with telecom operators and infrastructure providers such as IHSK, Ooredoo, STC, Zain and TCIL is preferred - Strong knowledge of telecom civil standards, construction procedures, QA/QC and HSE requirements - Hands-on experience in site supervision, customer coordination and project documentation - Knowledge of FDD, soil investigation, utility detection, Proctor Test and civil inspection procedures - Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership and valid Kuwait Driving License are preferred - Immediate joining only - Nationality: Indian and Pakistani only Key Responsibilities: - Manage telecom civil works from site survey through execution, inspection, testing and final acceptance - Conduct site surveys and kick-off meetings and coordinate project implementation with clients and internal teams - Review Foundation Design Documents (FDD) and supervise foundation and civil construction activities - Inspect reinforcement, formwork, excavation and concrete works to ensure quality compliance - Coordinate soil investigations, utility clearances, Proctor tests, field density tests and other third-party inspections - Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards and HSE requirements - Prepare and submit project documentation including MOPs, Material Requests, PAC/PAT documents and as-built drawings - Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability - Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to clients and management - Manage inspections, snag clearance, project acceptance and handover - Maintain complete project and quality documentation Technical Skills: - Telecom civil infrastructure and site construction - Telecom tower foundations and FDD implementation - Civil construction supervision and site management - Reinforcement, formwork and concrete quality inspection - Soil investigation, utility detection and geotechnical testing - Proctor Test, field density test and utility clearance verification - QA/QC documentation and HSE compliance - Client and stakeholder coordination - Project planning, progress reporting and documentation - AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CVs to Akhtar.mehmood@witsglobal.com and hrcvs18@gmail.com.
