Civil Estimation Engineer – Kuwait City

A company in Kuwait City is hiring a qualified Civil Estimation Engineer with strong estimation and quantity surveying skills. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects - Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings - Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents - Prepare material quantity calculations and cost analysis - Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams - Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and project budgeting - Maintain estimation records and project documentation - Prepare variation orders and cost reports when required Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - 2 to 5 years of experience in civil estimation or quantity surveying - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills Preferred Skills: BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation and budgeting, tender documentation, material and subcontractor cost analysis.
