Commis for Japanese Cuisine

A food company in Kuwait is hiring a Commis for its Japanese kitchen. Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in a Japanese or F&B kitchen preferred - Basic knowledge of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques - Good hygiene and food safety knowledge - Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Chef in preparing Japanese dishes, sushi, appetizers and sauces - Prepare ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards - Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and hygienic - Follow portion control, presentation and quality standards - Support daily kitchen operations and stock requirements - Follow the Chef's instructions and work well as part of the team How to Apply: Share your CV to careers.rainafoodco@gmail.com
