Delivery Supervisor for Delivery Company

UPS Delivery Co. is hiring in Kuwait City. The company is a leading 3PL delivery and logistics business managing delivery operations and riders across Kuwait, based in Murqab. Requirements: - Previous experience in delivery or logistics supervision preferred. - Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and reporting. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage a large rider team. - Flexible and able to work under pressure. - Kuwait delivery experience is an advantage. - 18 transferable visa. - Available to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage delivery riders. - Monitor daily shifts, attendance and performance. - Ensure riders complete assigned orders and targets. - Manage rider zones and operational issues. - Coordinate with the operations team and the delivery platform. - Handle rider complaints and solve daily issues. - Prepare daily performance reports. - Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed. Salary and Benefits: - Attractive salary based on performance, starting from 150 to 200 KD. - 10 hours duty with a weekly off.
