Fit-Out Draftsman & AutoCAD Engineer

Zawaya International in Kuwait City is hiring a Fit-Out Site Engineer & Drafter for commercial and residential interior fit-out projects. The role covers CAD drafting, BOQ and costing, site supervision and project planning. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design - 2–4 years of experience in Kuwait or GCC interior fit-out projects - Advanced AutoCAD (2D drafting) and Microsoft Excel skills for BOQ and estimation - Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, woodworking, ceiling/partition systems, finishes and site safety - Working English; Arabic is a plus - Transferable Visa 18 preferred Key Responsibilities: - AutoCAD drafting: prepare 2D architectural and interior fit-out shop drawings, floor plans, elevations, section details and as-built drawings - BOQ and costing: prepare Bills of Quantities, material take-offs, cost estimates and client quotations - Site supervision: manage daily site progress, supervise subcontractors and labour, and keep work in line with drawings - Planning and scheduling: build delivery schedules, track milestones and coordinate material procurement - Technical coordination: solve on-site technical issues, coordinate with MEP teams and take site measurements before drafting Salary & Benefits: - Starting package of KD 300/month, with performance discussions at interview - Career growth and exposure to high-standard fit-out projects How to Apply: WhatsApp message only: 50042362 Email: shiva.zawaya@gmail.com
