IT / Computer Technician – Hiring

Najmi Solutions is looking for an experienced IT and computer technician in Kuwait to support customers on site. Requirements: - Valid Kuwaiti driving license is required. - Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. - Windows 10/11 and Windows Server experience. - Networking knowledge: LAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP. - Printer installation and troubleshooting. - CCTV and NVR/DVR installation and troubleshooting is an advantage. - Good communication and customer-service skills. - Transferable residency. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure and maintain computers and network equipment. - Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems. - Support customers at their locations. - Install and maintain printers, CCTV and related IT systems. - Perform regular maintenance and technical support.
