IT Technical Support Executive

A company in Kuwait City is hiring a skilled IT Technical Support Executive for an immediate full-time role. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and respond to IT support requests from internal users - Log and assign tickets to IT teams: Support, Network, System, ERP - Provide basic IT troubleshooting: password resets, email setup, software installation, connectivity issues - Install and configure POS systems, desktops, printers, IP phones, and peripherals - Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution Requirements: - Minimum 1 to 2 years of IT support experience in Kuwait - Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) - Good communication skills - Must be currently based in Kuwait How to Apply: Email: HR@almerak.com
