Junior Tendering Engineer – Oil & Gas

An Oil & Gas company in Farwaniya/Ahmadi, Kuwait is hiring a Junior Tendering Engineer for its Tendering & Trading department. Freshers with good technical understanding, documentation skills and strong Microsoft Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office - Strong documentation and data-entry skills with attention to detail - Good written and spoken English - Basic understanding of Oil & Gas materials and equipment is an advantage - Willingness to learn tendering, procurement and commercial activities Key Responsibilities: - Review RFQs, BOQs and tender documents - Prepare BOQs, enquiry sheets, costing sheets and comparison sheets - Send enquiries and follow up with manufacturers and suppliers for quotations - Check quotations against RFQ requirements and identify missing information - Maintain tender records, quotations and supporting documents - Assist in technical and commercial tender preparation and submission - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for required documentation How to Apply: Share your CV to remya@gsgckwt.com
