Line Cook / Chef (Steak, Burger & Pizza)

House of Waffle & Steak, an American style restaurant in Mahabula, Kuwait, is hiring an experienced cook for steaks, smash burgers and artisanal pizzas. Requirements: - Proven experience in American cuisine (steak, burgers and pizza making). - Valid Kuwait Baladiya health card (preferred) or eligible for health clearance. - Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli) or local hire in Kuwait. - Good understanding of temperature control, meat cuts and dough preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high quality steaks, burgers and pizzas as per restaurant recipes. - Handle grill stations, pizza ovens and prep work efficiently. - Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety and Baladiya standards. - Manage inventory, food stock and keep wastage low. - Work smoothly with the kitchen team during peak hours.
