Odoo ERP & App Operations Specialist – Jahra, Kuwait

A company in Jahra, Kuwait is hiring an Odoo ERP and App Operations Specialist to manage the Al-Hareth mobile app, oversee integrations, and support digital growth. Primary Responsibilities (Technical): - Diagnose and track issues using bug and ticket management systems - Read app logs and identify root causes at a functional level - Conduct testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before releases - Oversee integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, SMS, push notifications, and analytics tools - Configure dashboards, app settings, and control panels - Set up tracking tools: Pixel, Conversion APIs, and analytics - Write clear technical reports and follow issues to resolution Secondary Responsibilities (Digital Marketing): - Launch and monitor essential paid marketing campaigns - Coordinate promotional content with the design team - Manage push notifications, email marketing, and SMS campaigns - Track key metrics: conversions, orders, and customer acquisition cost Requirements: - Practical experience with mobile apps or e-commerce platforms - Hands-on experience with Firebase and Google Analytics - Experience using bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp - Ability to read basic code or database queries - Organised, detail-oriented, and strong documentation skills How to Apply: WhatsApp only (no calls): +965 96633376
