Operations Manager – Delivery Services

Alhazem, a delivery services company in Kuwait, is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage their delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow - Supervise fleet supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery drivers - Monitor KPIs including delivery time, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Optimise routes and operational processes to improve efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations - Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve operational issues - Prepare operational reports and performance analyses - Control operational costs and manage budgets - Recruit, train, and develop operational staff Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet operations management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience managing large fleets and delivery teams - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems - Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred How to Apply: Send your CV to: alhazemexpress@gmail.com
