Pre-Sales Project Coordinator – ELV & Infrastructure, Farwaniya Kuwait

A technology company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is hiring an Engineering Pre-Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities for ELV, Power, and Infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Review tender specifications and engineering requirements - Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets, and technical proposals - Handle tenders related to ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Batteries, Generators, and Data Center infrastructure - Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical and commercial offers - Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements - Support project planning, coordination, and documentation - Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines - Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field - 3 to 5 years of engineering tendering or pre-sales experience - Knowledge of ELV, Power, and Infrastructure solutions - Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred - Transferable residency - Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred - Available for immediate joining How to Apply: Email your CV to: Akhtar.mehmood@witsglobal.com and hrcvs18@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
