Project Engineer – Oil & Gas Division, Kuwait

A company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified Project Engineer with Oil & Gas sector experience and strong project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and engineering support throughout project phases - Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and client coordination - Prepare RFQs and evaluate technical and commercial vendor offers - Oversee project execution including engineering, procurement, contracting, and site coordination - Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties for timely project delivery - Develop competitive technical proposals aligned with client requirements - Conduct market research to support strategic planning - Manage documentation including plans, reports, and correspondence - Ensure compliance with upstream Oil & Gas standards and procedures Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector - Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; Arabic is an advantage - Ability to interpret BFDs, PFDs, and P&IDs - Strong project management, tendering, cost estimation, and negotiation skills - Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred How to Apply: Email: recruitment2022123@gmail.com
