Enshaat Al Sayer is hiring for its project team in Kuwait to handle commercial and cost management work. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction, engineering or oil and gas. - Proficient in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, interim payment certificates, valuation of work, variation orders, cost control and contract administration. - Must be available in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
