Sales Associate

A perfume retail brand in Kuwait is hiring for its store team. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets through effective selling and excellent customer service, and for representing the company and the brand. Requirements: - 1 to 2 years of experience in the perfume retail field. - Arab nationality only. - Females and males can apply. - Excellent grooming standards. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and help them select the right products. - Identify customer needs and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge. - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the line manager when needed. - Maintain store standards at all times, including cleanliness, tidiness and store fragrance. - Handle the POS and billing counter efficiently. - Keep sales figures confidential. - Comply with all company policies and regulations.
