Update Development General Trading Company in Sharq, Kuwait City is hiring a highly organised and professional Secretary to provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence - Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars - Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain office records and filing systems - Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally - Coordinate with internal departments and external clients - Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality - Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage How to Apply: Email your CV to: abdulaziz@update-gcc.com Contact: +965 99516622
