Sweet Shop Manager

A company in Kuwait City is hiring an experienced and motivated Sweet Shop Manager to run daily shop operations and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates in Kuwait are preferred. Requirements: - 5–8 years of experience in a sweet shop, bakery, dessert shop or F&B - Manager or Supervisor experience preferred - Good communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of inventory and sales management - Able to work under pressure and lead a team - Arabic and English preferred - Candidates currently in Kuwait preferred Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the sweet shop - Supervise and motivate staff - Ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service - Monitor sales, stock and inventory - Manage cash handling and daily sales reports - Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards - Handle customer complaints professionally - Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance - Achieve sales targets and improve shop performance How to Apply: Send your CV to alhazemexpress@gmail.com
