Wanted Level1 Support Technician (IT)

An IT services company in Kuwait City, Kuwait is hiring a Level 1 support technician. Requirements: - Previous experience in technical support - Basic knowledge of operating systems, remote tools and customer service skills - Basic knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting and replacement - Good understanding of the English and Arabic languages - Eligible to obtain a Good Conduct Certificate, as security clearances are required for access to certain locations, particularly airports - Ability to work flexible day and night shifts and adapt to changing work schedules - Familiarity with mobile tools and applications - Valid driving license issued before 2013, to ensure the license will not be revoked upon residency transfer - Knowledge of Kuwaiti areas - Related certificates and qualifications are a must - Visa No 18 transferable Key Responsibilities: - Provide onsite technical assistance including password resets, software installations, general troubleshooting, account unlocks and printer issues - Document problems and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary - Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet defined performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction and other key indicators How to Apply: Interested candidates can mail their CV to situation.vacant@outlook.com with current and expected salary.
