Warehouse Keeper

A company in Al Rai, Kuwait is hiring for its warehouse and stores team. Requirements: - Diploma or equivalent education. - 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, store or logistics role. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software such as SAP or Excel. - Knowledge of Excel and Word. - Must speak fluent Arabic or English. - Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. - Available to work flexible shifts. - Kuwait applicants only, must be transferable and able to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery notes or purchase orders, and report damaged or missing items. - Store and organise products using safety guidelines and methods such as First-In, First-Out (FIFO), including marking and labelling stock. - Conduct routine stock counts and update digital inventory systems and logs. - Pack, label and release items for delivery or internal production use. - Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area. - Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to company standards. - Assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. - Keep records of transactions and communicate errors to the relevant parties. - Keep the storage area clean and follow workplace safety rules.
