Urgently Hiring - Procurement Officer & Senior Accountant

A well reputed organisation in Ahmadi, Kuwait is urgently hiring a Procurement Officer and a Senior Accountant, both with a strong background in HVAC and industrial manufacturing. Immediate joiners only.
Requirements - Procurement Officer:
- Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong experience in the HVAC and industrial sectors
- Good knowledge of HVAC components, mechanical materials, copper tubes, sheets, coils, heat exchangers, radiators, fittings, tools and consumables
- Experience in local and international sourcing
- Able to obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices and prepare purchase orders
- Strong vendor management and supplier evaluation skills
- Able to coordinate material delivery, shipping, customs clearance and documentation
- Good knowledge of inventory control and material planning
- Strong communication, negotiation and computer skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Candidates currently available in Kuwait preferred
Requirements - Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or project-based industries
- Experience handling audits, banking and project accounting
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities - Senior Accountant:
- Financial reporting and bookkeeping
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Audit and compliance
- Inventory and project costing
- Payroll and staff payments
- System and process improvement, including better ERP and accounting software use (for example Tally, SAP, Axanta or Zoho)
- Help develop SOPs for financial processes and internal controls
Additional Requirements:
- A valid Kuwait driving licence is mandatory
