Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Consultant (Hybrid / Remote)

A company based in Mangaf, Kuwait is hiring experienced global procurement and strategic sourcing consultants to identify suppliers, manufacturers and OEM partners worldwide. The role covers international procurement, negotiating commercial agreements, developing exclusive agency partnerships and sourcing products for industrial and infrastructure projects. Location: remote across the Middle East (Kuwait), India, China and USA. Employment type: contract, freelance, commission based or business partnership. Industries: - Elevator spare parts and equipment - Industrial safety and PPE - Oil and gas products - Chemicals and adhesives - Heavy equipment and machinery Requirements: - 3 or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, international trade or business development. - Strong supplier and manufacturer network. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Experience with OEM partnerships is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Source and evaluate global suppliers and manufacturers. - Develop OEM and sole distributorship partnerships. - Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply agreements. - Support import, export and procurement activities. - Prepare quotations, vendor evaluations and procurement reports. - Build long term supplier relationships.
