A furniture company in Kuwait is hiring a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive specialising in B2B furniture sales and key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the furniture and fit-out sector
- Conduct regular visits to corporate clients, offices, hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government sectors
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects and sales opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and interior designers
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
- Work closely with the company's design team to deliver customised furniture solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction-related industries
- Proven experience in key account management — furniture industry preferred
- Experience dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency and project management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
