Web Administrator – Hiring from Outside Kuwait (New Visa)

A multisectoral business operating across the GCC in online retail, delivery, and wholesale is hiring a detail-oriented Web Administrator to manage and optimise their websites and online systems. New visa available for candidates outside Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Maintain and update company websites daily
- Upload and manage products, banners, promotions, and content
- Monitor website functionality and user experience
E-Commerce Operations:
- Manage online store operations and product listings
- Coordinate with marketing and operations for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor online orders, payment gateways, and checkout functionality
- Order preparation, online customer support (chat and phone), category preparation, and supplier item reception
Technical Administration:
- Monitor website speed, uptime, and performance
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and errors
- Coordinate with developers and hosting providers when required
- Manage domain names, hosting accounts, SSL certificates, and backups
Security & Maintenance:
- Ensure website security and protection against threats
- Perform regular backups and updates
- Monitor for malware, spam, or unauthorised access
SEO & Performance:
- Implement basic SEO practices and optimise pages for speed and search visibility
- Monitor website analytics and traffic reports
Content & Design Support:
- Upload images, videos, blogs, and landing pages
- Ensure branding consistency across the website
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in website administration or e-commerce management
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, cPanel/Plesk, and basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, and DNS management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred:
- Experience in Kuwait/GCC market and culture
- Experience with online retail/e-commerce businesses
- Basic graphic design knowledge
Employment Details:
- Full-Time: 12 hours/day, 30 days paid leave per year
- Accommodation and transportation covered by the company
- Salary: Basic 90 KD/month + 30 KD/month allowance
