Accountant – Delivery & Logistics Company, Murqab Kuwait

A delivery and logistics company in Murqab, Kuwait is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant for immediate joining. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded - Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly financial reports - Perform bank, customer, supplier, and cash reconciliations - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Process invoices, payments, and collections - Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash reports - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities - Prepare VAT-related schedules and ensure tax compliance - Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and reconcile payroll accounts - Analyse financial data and prepare management reports using Microsoft Excel - Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules - Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation during audits - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Assist in inventory reconciliation and cost analysis for delivery operations Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Kuwait, preferably in delivery, logistics, trading, or FMCG - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, and data analysis Salary: 350 KD per month How to Apply: Email your CV to: althiqaalmotamada@gmail.com
