A growing audit and advisory firm in Kuwait City, Kuwait is hiring a motivated and results-driven business development professional to expand its client base and strengthen its market presence. The firm delivers audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 2-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in an audit, accounting, consulting or professional services firm
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax and advisory services
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations and service agreements
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Work closely with the audit and advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reports
