Cleaning Operations Supervisor / Manager

A company specializing in deep cleaning services for buildings and upholstery in Kuwait is hiring an operations supervisor / manager to run its day-to-day cleaning operations. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the Kuwaiti cleaning industry (mandatory). - Proven experience in deep cleaning operations for buildings and upholstery. - Strong experience managing cleaning teams and daily operations. - Ability to schedule, supervise and coordinate field staff. - Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and industry best practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. - Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. - Valid Kuwaiti driving license (mandatory) and willingness to travel between job sites. - Fluency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage. - Transferable residency in Kuwait and full-time availability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning company. - Ensure high service quality and monitor job performance. - Train and develop cleaning staff. - Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. - Prepare quotations and pricing for cleaning services. - Manage inventory and operational supplies. - Improve operational efficiency and productivity. - Maintain client relationships and secure new contracts. - Monitor KPIs and achieve operational targets. - Apply health and safety standards on site. Company services include deep cleaning for residential and commercial buildings, upholstery cleaning (sofas, carpets, mattresses and curtains), post-construction and move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized deep cleaning services.
