Loader Operator Job in Kuwait

A precast / ready-mix concrete factory in Ahmadi, Kuwait is hiring a wheel loader operator for its Production / Operations department, reporting to the Production Supervisor / Plant Manager. The role keeps a steady supply of aggregates, sand, gravel and other raw materials to the concrete batching plant. Requirements: - Previous experience as a loader operator, preferably in concrete, precast, quarry or construction - Preferred: 2–5 years operating wheel loaders in a batching plant, precast factory, quarry or construction material facility - Valid heavy equipment/loader operator license or certification as required by local regulations - Good knowledge of wheel loader operation and basic maintenance - Able to work in a dusty, outdoor industrial environment - Physically fit and able to work shifts and overtime - Safety-conscious and able to work as part of a production team Key Responsibilities: - Operate the wheel loader safely within the plant - Load aggregates, sand, gravel and other materials into storage bins or hoppers - Transfer materials between stockpiles and the batching plant - Keep stockpiles organized and prevent contamination between materials - Monitor material levels to ensure continuous supply - Carry out daily pre-start inspections (tires, brakes, lights, hydraulics, engine oil, coolant and safety components) - Report defects, breakdowns or abnormal conditions to the supervisor - Perform basic routine maintenance and cleaning of the loader - Follow plant traffic management, safety, environmental and PPE procedures - Minimize spillage and keep the work area clean - Record operating hours, fuel consumption and maintenance needs How to Apply: Send your CV to: 97362267
