Operations Supervisor – Delivery Company, Fahaheel Kuwait

A delivery company in Fahaheel, Kuwait is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor for a full-time position. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in delivery operations - Previous experience in a delivery company is mandatory - Good knowledge of delivery platforms: Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, Get Carri, and Snoonu - Strong knowledge of daily operations, driver management, and reporting - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting - English required; Arabic is an advantage - Valid Kuwait Driving License is an added advantage - Available for immediate joining Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily delivery operations - Monitor driver attendance, leave, and performance - Prepare daily and monthly operational reports - Coordinate driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations - Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain related records - Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure smooth operations - Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic fines, and accidents - Address driver issues and customer complaints - Assist with driver recruitment, onboarding, and documentation Salary: 300 to 350 KD per month (depending on experience) How to Apply: Send your CV via WhatsApp (no calls): +965 60046537
