Project Coordinator Job In Kuwait

A busy and growing wood factory in Kuwait is hiring a coordinator to manage wood joinery projects from award through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in wood joinery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects - Strong understanding of joinery production processes, shop drawings and installation procedures - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic setting - Valid driving license preferred Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor wood joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to handover - Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution - Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports and project documentation - Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, production schedules and site installation activities - Track procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the factory and project sites - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and assist in implementing corrective actions - Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action plans - Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and health & safety requirements - Support the Project Manager in project planning, budgeting and contract administration Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Supportive work environment How to Apply: Submit your resume to sonu.sarbjit@gmail.com.
