Senior Estimation Manager (Electrical / Mechanical)

Arabi Company is hiring a senior tendering and estimation professional in Kuwait for immediate joining, leading estimation for EPC and construction projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - 15-20 years of proven experience in Tendering & Estimation for EPC/Construction projects - Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical estimation - Experience with EPC, Infrastructure, Industrial, Oil & Gas or Building Construction projects - Knowledge of international standards and contract conditions - Skills in tender preparation and bid management, cost estimation and BOQ analysis, quantity take-off, commercial evaluation and contract review - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent English communication skills Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Tendering & Estimation Department - Prepare and review technical and commercial bids - Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams during tender preparation - Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing and bid submissions - Conduct risk assessments and value engineering - Review subcontractor and supplier quotations - Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant tenders - Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to email their CVs and credentials to k.kassafi@arabicompany.net.
