Required Sales Executive

SOLID, a leading destination in Kuwait for premium architectural and construction materials, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join its growing team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture or a related field (Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred) - 2–5 years in technical sales, showroom sales, specification sales or business development - Experience in construction materials, architectural products, aluminum systems, doors, glass, hardware, wood or finishing materials is an advantage - Experience dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, developers or interior designers preferred - Able to read technical drawings, specifications and project requirements - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, target-oriented and well organized - Proficient in CRM and standard business tools - Fluent English and strong Arabic, written and verbal - Professional appearance; comfortable in the showroom and on client visits - Able to travel within Kuwait; valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage Key Responsibilities: - Welcome showroom visitors and understand their project requirements - Recommend suitable architectural and construction material solutions - Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, interior designers and end clients - Conduct client visits and business development across Kuwait - Present SOLID's premium product portfolio and explain specifications and benefits - Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate and close sales - Coordinate with technical, procurement and operations teams - Keep accurate customer and sales records in CRM - Monitor market trends and competitor activity - Achieve individual sales targets How to Apply: Email: hr@kwsolid.com Only candidates who meet the stated qualifications will be considered.
