We Are Hiring – Assistant Branch Manager

Al-Hazem, a delivery and logistics company in Kuwait, is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery activities. Requirements: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet or branch operations - Previous supervisory or management experience preferred - Good knowledge of delivery operations and driver management - Good communication and problem-solving skills - English required; Arabic is an advantage - Good computer and MS Office skills - Experience with Odoo/ERP systems preferred - Able to work under pressure and manage a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations - Supervise drivers, delivery teams and field staff - Monitor daily delivery performance and operational targets - Coordinate with customers, restaurants and clients - Manage attendance, schedules and staff performance - Monitor fleet and vehicle availability - Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly - Ensure company policies and procedures are followed - Prepare daily/weekly operational reports - Coordinate with HR, Operations, Fleet and Accounts departments - Use Odoo or other ERP systems for operational updates and reporting Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Career growth opportunities How to Apply: Send your CV to: alhazemexpress@gmail.com
