We Are Hiring – Branch Manager

Al-Hazem, a delivery and logistics company in Kuwait, is looking for an experienced and responsible leader to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery performance. Requirements: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in branch management, delivery, logistics or operations - Previous experience in a delivery/logistics company preferred - Strong team management and communication skills - Good knowledge of Kuwait delivery operations - Experience managing drivers and fleet operations - Knowledge of Odoo/ERP systems is an advantage - Good English; Arabic is an advantage - Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily branch operations - Lead drivers, supervisors and branch staff - Monitor delivery performance, attendance, productivity and customer service - Ensure all orders are completed within the required SLA - Coordinate with operations, HR, fleet and customer service teams - Monitor branch expenses, manpower, vehicles and resources - Handle client requirements and maintain good business relationships - Prepare daily/weekly operational reports - Ensure proper use and updating of Odoo/ERP systems - Identify operational issues and take corrective action - Ensure company policies, procedures and safety standards are followed Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Career growth opportunities How to Apply: Send your CV to: alhazemexpress@gmail.com
